Exam tips….

  1. The best way to improve quickly is:
  • Do past papers - Look at where you're making mistakes
  • Send your mistakes to us and book some conversation lessons.
We'll give you personalised help during your lesson(s) and in addition we'll send you homework and mark it for you.  We love helping students and if you're not satisfied with your progress, we offer a money back guarantee.
You can even book a single conversation lesson if you’re a student. (Conversation lessons cost €40 each)
  1. Make sure you read the question 2 or 3 times until you're very clear on what they're asking.  Underline key words to help you focus.
  2. Keep an eye on the clock.  Look at how many marks the question is worth when giving your answer.  Obviously questions that are worth more marks need longer answers and more time.
  3. If you read a question you don't know the answer to - don't panic!  Breathe! Read it again a couple of times.  If you're still not sure, move onto the next question and return to it when you've finished the paper.

5.  Check you’ve seen and answered all the pages of the exam.  We’ve heard of students who missed a page – don’t let that be you.

6.  Start your revision nice and early…. At least 6 months before your exam.  It’s always better to be properly prepared, you’ll feel more confident.

Happy studying and good luck!
